Being able to innovate and finding new growth opportunities is a challenge for established companies and start-up companies alike.  The Innovation Radar explores twelve different dimensions that frame a broader approach to new value creation.  Understanding these dimensions and how they related to one another can be the basis for corporate revitalization, new growth and competitive advantage. This talk will explore these concepts first developed by Wolcott and Lippitz in their book Grow from Within.
