Human Resources Manager
As part of our ongoing initiatives to implement KFAS’ new strategy and enhance the support functions in accordance with the recently-approved organizational structure, KFAS is looking to recruit a Human Resources Manager.
Over the next critical period of KFAS’ transformation, a significant focus goes to the workforce needed to implement the new organizational functions, targeting skills and capabilities that will enhance the Foundation's performance.
The HR Manager is expected to lead the Human Resources Department which is responsible for attracting, retaining, developing and motivating a committed workforce through the implementation of best-in-class HR practices.
