The beneficiaries from this activity are mainly employees of the shareholding companies. KFAS conducts training either solely or in collaboration with others such as the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce, and the Kuwait Industrial Union.  KFAS also provides support for training courses that are conducted by other institutions such as individual shareholding companies, other professional unions who work as umbrella for certain business sectors of shareholding companies, and NGOs (See Terms and conditions).  Through this program KFAS also provides grants to the shareholding companies for their qualification to obtain ISO 9000. KFAS only covers the qualification training and review part of the whole process by covering 50% of the total of the first phase for one time (For more details refer to  ISO 9000 Terms and conditions).
